I literally have my work cut out for me.

I started working on my mom’s quilt today. This poor thing has been savaged by time and light and use and my mom’s cat Molly. There’s only one spot that is what I would call really bad; I’ve cut the frayed bits away and made a patch that I’m getting ready to sew on. Several places will just get darned, but this one is big, so of course that’s where I decided to start.

This is going to be a whole saga. Stay tuned.
