Let’s get this party started…

So hi. If you’re here, you must be interested in some of the stuff I’m doing in the SCA. My current plan is to group posts by project, to make it easier for folks to follow along. I also plan to write up some of my research, to make easier for me to follow along.

One of the things I’m considering doing is hanging out my shingle as a mender of garments — I’m a dab hand at patching, but I think I want to get better at darning before I go that route. I’m also pretty good at finishing seams and I actually like hemming and don’t mind sewing on buttons, so I could also hire out to do that last bit of finish work that you just can’t bring yourself to do. You pin it and bring me thread, and I’ll hem it for you.

It’s a thought. We’ll see whether or not it pans out.
