My first real content is up!
I absolutely love mending. I find it deeply satisfying on many levels. Not only do I get to hand sew something using careful tiny stitches, but I get to infuse new life into something that’s getting a bit dilapidated and tired.
Given that, it should be no surprise that my first bit of real content is a story about mending. I took a linen tunic that I made for an ex-boyfriend, repaired the fraying seam allowances, and refit it for me to wear for fighting.
